Account Activation Instructions
If you have an existing wholesale account with us in the old Wholesale Portal but have not activated your new GP Garage account, follow these step-by-step instructions to activate your new account.
If you have any difficulties, call us at 844-231-1110 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we're happy to help.
Check for an Activation Email
1) Check the inbox that you previously used to log into GlassParency Wholesale and search for an e-mail from email@example.com with the subject line "Activate Your GP Garage Account"
Be sure to check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder!
2. If you received the e-mail, click the "Activate Your Account" button and create a password. Done!
Reset Your Password
1. If you do not see an activation e-mail, click here and click "Forgot your password?"
2. Enter the e-mail that you previously used to log into GlassParency Wholesale
3. An e-mail will be sent to you with a link to reset your password - follow the instructions to log into your account
If you still can't log in...
It's possible the e-mail on file is out of date or another issue prevented your account from being activated. Please use the live chat feature, call us, or e-mail us and we will help you activate your account.
